News of Vladimir Putin’s sacking of the head of Russian space company Roscosmos comes just days after it was reported that Russian astronauts had promised not to use Europe’s robotic arm again, as Dmitry Rogozin said, before that he is removed from office. :
“In turn, I am ordering our ISS crew to stop using the European Robotic Arm (ERA). Leave (ESA Director General Josef) Aschbacher with his boss [EU foreign policy chief Josep] Borrell is flying into space and doing at least something useful in his whole life,” he wrote on his Telegram channel.
“And did this head of the European Space Agency believe that his decision undermined the work of thousands of scientists and engineers in Europe and Russia? ”
“Is he ready to take responsibility for the sabotage of the joint mission to Mars? No, not in front of irresponsible European Commission bureaucrats like him. Is he ready to take his responsibilities before humanity? wrote the former head of Russian space company Roscosmos.
