Shares of Nvidia have massively outperformed the Zacks General Semiconductor industry over the past year (+80.9% vs. +33.3%) thanks to the chipmaker’s influence on all major emerging trends in the tech space broader, ranging from artificial intelligence to analytics and games. The company is also considered a major player in the AR/VR space and stands to benefit from developments on the metaverse front.

The increase in Hyperscale demand remains a tailwind for NVIDIA’s Data Center business. The expansion of NVIDIA GeForce NOW should boost the user base. The collaboration with Mercedes-Benz should further strengthen NVIDIA’s presence in the field of autonomous vehicles. A strong lineup of advanced graphics cards has made it a preferred graphics card vendor for PC makers.

Chevron shares have gained +16.7% over the past three months against the industry Zacks Integrated Oil’s +9.2% gain. The Zacks analyst believes Chevron appears to be one of the best positioned global integrated oil companies to achieve a sustained production ramp-up. The company’s average production in the first nine months of 2021 was 3,093,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day.

Chevron acquired Noble Energy for $5 billion, which expanded its presence in the DJ Basin and Permian Basin. CVX’s existing project pipeline is among the best in the industry, thanks to its prominent position in the lucrative Permian Basin. Chevron, however, was forced to drastically cut spending due to falling prices last year. High oil price sensitivity is another major concern.

ACN has also made strides toward improving its cloud and digital marketing suite through buyouts and partnerships. Strong operating cash flow has helped it reward shareholders through dividend payments and stock buybacks.
